Receptionist

The hours will be 7am until 3pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. 7am to 3pm on Wednesdays may also be available.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet departing guests guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Assist with check-outs for guests, and some check ins
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services, hotel, or hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
