Hotel Receptionist

**The Bridge House Hotel** is looking for a full-time **Receptionist** to join our team in Ferndown.
Hotel reception experience is preferred - full training will be provided.
Hours are 7am to 3pm, 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays. Pay includes holiday pay.

**Duties**:
- Greeting all guests with enthusiasm and accuracy. This includes checking them out as they leave the hotel.
- Asking for guest information or verifying their details when needed.
- Assisting guests with any questions regarding the hotel or rooms.
- Assisting guests with their check-in or check-out process by answering phones, directing them to appropriate staff members, or taking messages.
- Assisting others in the office such as scanning documents, making reservations, or faxing documents.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: £12.88 per hour
