**Located in a beautifully converted farmhouse, Archway Nursery School in Blandford Forum is a little piece of rural magic.**

We are looking for passionate and engaging Early Years Educators (Nursery Practitioners), who will bring their knowledge and experience to every child and family through high quality teaching; helping children reach their full potential and discover a love of learning.

You’ll put your creative talents to good use by developing engaging and inspiring activities and games for the children to learn through play, in conjunction with our Storal curriculum.
Welcoming and informative to parents and carers, you'll be adept at building relationships with your key children and completing observations detailing child development and achievements.

Within your role, you’ll ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences; working in partnership with the existing educator (practitioner) team to create an inspiring working environment and to ensure the successful running of the nursery.

**About you**:

- Full and relevant qualification within early years
- Demonstrable experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Practitioner) or with children under the age of 5
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together

**Salary**:From £23,920 - £27,622 FTE - dependent on experience and qualifications + £1000 Welcome Bonus (pro-rata for part-time hours, conditions apply)
