Located in a beautifully converted farmhouse, Archway Nursery School in Blandford Forum is a little piece of rural magic.

We are looking for passionate and engaging Early Years Educators (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner), who are looking for the flexibility of working shifts around their existing commitments.

You’ll be providing cover as and when needed by the Nursery for periods of holiday, sickness, and supporting with vacancy gaps. Based on full days.

As an Early Years Educator, you will encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching. You will ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences and work in partnership with the existing educator team to create an inspiring working environment and to ensure the successful running of the nursery.


About you: 

Level 2 or 3 qualification within early years preferredExperience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or having worked with children under the age of 5, is advantageousKnowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirableReflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together

What we can offer you:

Rates of pay:
From £11.50 -£13.28 + holiday pay (based on Level 3 qualified Educators) – dependent on qualifications and experience.
From £8.60 - £11.44 – unqualified Educators – as per NMW age rate and demonstrable skills and experience.

Hours: Hours/days will be determined by the Nursery, subject to the cover requirements. Given this is a Casual role, hours cannot be guaranteed.
