About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Early Years Educator to join our team at Archway Nursery School in Blandford Forum. As a Casual Early Years Educator, you will provide cover for periods of holiday, sickness, and vacancy gaps, working on a flexible schedule that suits your existing commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
  • Work collaboratively with the existing educator team to create an inspiring working environment
  • Support the successful running of the nursery
Requirements
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children under the age of 5 (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS (or equivalent)
What We Offer

We offer competitive rates of pay, ranging from £11.50 to £ holiday pay (dependent on qualifications and experience). As a Casual Early Years Educator, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours, subject to the needs of the nursery.
