**We are recruiting for a Part-time receptionist to join our team at Caldecott Hall Country Park.**

**What will the role as Receptionist involve?**
- As the first face who greet our Customers, you will be responsible for ensuring they receive a warm welcome
- Resolving customer queries and complaints both in person, and on the phone
- Assisting with Financial reporting, including bank control sheets, cash handling and managing Petty Cash
- Maintaining records on in-house systems
- Support with arranging owners’ events
- Delivering exceptional levels of Customer service to both new and existing customers

**What experience do you need to be a Receptionist?**
- Being computer literate
- Have a passion for delivering exceptional Customer service
- Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team
- General financial understanding to support with onsite finance tasks

**What’s in it for you?**
