**Fritton Lake Evening F.O.H Receptionist**

Norfolk’s Private Holiday Club, Fritton Lake is looking for an evening FOH
Receptionist to support the front desk with check-ins, members, owners and assist FOH in the restaurant and bar.

As Fritton Lake Evening F.O.H Receptionist, As Receptionist your principal role will be to act as the first point of contact for all internal and external guests. Your role will involve going above and beyond to assist the guest. You will also be responsible for directing enquiries to the relevant department to ensure the most efficient customer service experience. You will also support the Club and
Reservations Manager with Club administration and operational tasks that are essential to its smooth running.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering all phone calls and directing where required.
- Keeping forms and folders stocked and up to date.
- Assisting general requests from management team.
- Uploading new menus on till system (and website when required).
- Dealing with day-to-day enquires and directing appropriately to the relevant department.
- Checking availability and booking reservations.
- The main role is to ensure the desk is always covered, however there will be a level of cross department responsibilities with front of house during less busy times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous reception experience preferred.
- Strong written English
- A confident communicator you will be required to work with managers across all departments.
- Interest in the environment and the outdoors
- Positive, proactive attitude.

**Salary: £10.50 ph.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
