Lightbulb Credit is a fast growing credit Review, Improvement and Monitoring business which with its unique offering is helping SME’s to PLC’s alike optimise and monitor their credit ratings. Having recently received significant Private Equity investment, they’re looking to grow the team.

They now seek to recruit an intuitive and organised Office Administrator to assist the growing internal team to achieve quarterly targets consistently and hitting the revenue targets for this year.

**The Office Administrator will be responsible for**:

- Adding new clients to our whole market monitoring service
- Supporting our Analyst to provide insight in to changes to our clients credit reports
- Sending out our free Credit Reports which is key to acquiring new clients
- Assist with content creation for our website, Social Pages, blog posts and articles
- Monthly Newsletter for our clients
- LinkedIn posts and blog updates
- Chasing overdue invoices
- General support for the COO and CEO

In essence, we seek an Office Administrator with a good eye for detail, very organised and who has a willingness to learn. As an office based position, ability to travel to our Long Eaton office location is essential.

The Office Administrator holds responsibility for the day to day running of the companies monitoring service, the implementation and execution of its strategic direction which is set by the COO, CEO and wider board of directors and general support for the wider team.

**Core responsibilities**

**Monitoring**
- Day to day running of the whole market monitoring service which is targeted to increase its subscription base by over 300% this year.
- Provide updates to our clients on changes to their businesses/portfolios ratings and assist the team in developing the offering.

**Reporting**
- Provide insight on businesses to business owners through bespoke reports.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- GCSE’s in both Maths & English at grade C or above
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
