**About the role**
Building relationships and leaving a positive impression through good customer service will help with the wider Society Lending target for mortgages. You will need to be able to access and read wordy documents, pulling out the pertinent information to support brokers enquiries.
You’ll join a dynamic helpdesk and be part of the larger Sales Team.
**Salary and working hours**:
Annual salary of circa £24,380 depending on skills and experience
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Based at our Head Office, IP3 9SJ. Hybrid working available upon successful completion of probationary period.
**Your day-to-day activities**
Developing relationships with our new & existing brokers, providing a top service, communicating effectively and working to encourage further business contributing to team sales targets.
Supporting the Business Development Managers with their designated areas.
Supporting with administration of broker registration tasks (as required).
**About you**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have:
Good level of competency in Maths and English, ideally at the GCSE level.
Experience in building & maintaining relationship over the phone essential.
Self-motivated with strong organisational, problem solving and team working skills.
Be an excellent communicator with a can-do attitude.
IFS certificates desirable, but not essential.
Willingness for further study to obtain CeMAP acceptable.
