Customer Service Representative

Marks & Spencer is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. This is a part-time temporary role with a contract duration of approximately 12 weeks.

About the Role:

We are seeking an individual who can deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, focusing on providing excellent customer service and promoting our products. As a key member of our team, you will be the face of our business, representing us to our customers and helping us improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
  • Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that shelves are stocked with product
  • Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service
  • Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products

Salary and Benefits:
