In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients healthcare clients. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing technical support to healthcare clients

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Maintaining and updating documentation

Assisting with the implementation of new systems and processes

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure that our systems and processes meet their needs

Qualifications:
Experience in an administration role in the healthcare industry would be desirable

Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant is essential.

Strong technical skills, including experience with healthcare software and systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
