Our Healthcare Administrators are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of requests from customers who are seeking access to healthcare

**Key responsibilities**:

- Processing requests from customers seeking access to healthcare
- Process referrals received in accordance with the contractual requirements
- Be able to use case management system to process authorization requests. Be proficient in touch typing
- Proficient user of the internal management systems
- Proactively sourcing healthcare providers to support beneficiaries
- Provide an empathetic service to the TRICARE beneficiaries
- Maintain confidentiality of all patients and/or client information
- Sourcing appropriate healthcare provider for beneficiaries

**About you**:

- Previous or current experience working in a customer service environment
- High attention to detail is very important
- Team player
- You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Thrive in a process orientated environment
- Passionate about customer service and care
