**The Company**:
San Damiano Corporation London (trading as SD Care Agency) are looking for a Health Care Administrator to work in their Domiciliary Care team. This a fast-paced role working alongside the Registered Manager and Domiciliary care team.

San Damiano Corporation London Ltd is located in the heart of Chiswick, providing domiciliary and nursing care and specialising in pain relief and management services. We have a unique and trendy office, friendly staff and promote a philosophy where you feel valued and supported.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:

- E-Brokerage for NHS and Council Funded Clients
- Other inquiries as requested
- Project Costing
- Liaison with clients, ASC or NHS CCG
- Preparing and Updating Client List with address, next of kin and key safe details

**Documentation and Internal Audits**:

- Care Planning - assessment of care needs including risk assessments
- Service User Handbook
- Assisting the Quality Manager in conducting internal audits
- Incident and Safeguarding Reports
- Managing and updating CRM (BIRDIE)

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Continually review and improve processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is being delivered to clients.
- Ensure the provision of staff training is implemented and the delivery of very high-quality care services, to vulnerable people living in their own home, is achieved consistently.
- To arrange staff and coordinating with the Nursing Agencies about their shifts and schedules
- To increase client fee billing and diversify client base
- To assist in the creation of cost-effective marketing tools and collateral including brochures to promote Specialised Nursing
- Ability to take ownership of achieving the highest levels of compliance with regards to regulations, laws, quality standards & policies.
- Accountable for the Health and Safety of staff and clients, ensuring relevant policies and procedures are followed at all times providing a safe working environment.

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Previous extensive Healthcare Administrator experience in a busy setting
- NVQ or QCF qualifications in Health and Social Care (or be working towards)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Driving license (preferably)

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
