**Overview**:

- An outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with an established mortgage broker firm covering a busy office in the Bromley area, where you will receive 20% on all business banked.

- To £35,000 basic, plus £3,000 car allowance, OTE £75k year 1, £85k - £100k year 2

**Main Duties**:

- An opportunity has arisen for a fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker to join our client who is a successful property company in the South East London and North Kent area.
- Working with several busy estate agency branches in the Bromley area you will offer whole of market advice on Mortgages as well as a panel of 8 life companies for Protection advice.
- Having access to the whole of the mortgage market in terms of mortgage advice and a panel of 8 life companies to enable you to offer advice on life, critical illness, income protection, ASU as well as buildings and contents.
- With such a range of products at your disposal, your average case size is around £2,000 however top mortgage brokers have an average case size of £3,000.
- Based on averages you should expect to earn around £100k per annum.

**Key Skills**:

- You must hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) along with a good track record of providing advice on Mortgages and Protection business
- Ideally, you will have worked with professional introducers including estate agents and have the ability to work as part of a team.
- You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from a selection of introducer offices.
- You must also possess a good track record of offering advice in terms of Protection business on the back of the mortgage advice provided.

**Remuneration**:

- Our client offers a generous basic salary ranging from £25,000 - £35,000 with commissions paid on all business banked. You will receive 20% of all business banked
