Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Location: Bromley, Kent

Salary: Competitive Salary Package (Year 1 OTE - £50,000 to £75,000 per annum, Year 2 onwards OTE £100,000 per annum).

We are partnered with a major mortgage broker who is looking for advisers based across the Kent, London and the South East to support their client's purchases and remortgages across the UK.

If you are are CeMAP qualified and have at least a year's advising experience we would like to speak with you and share further details about these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a client base to secure lending, protection, and general insurance business while identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Maximise mortgage sales through proactive business development and securing new clients.
• Collaborate with the estate agency team and other departments to optimise lead generation and income.
• Work closely with your dedicated administrator to ensure timely case progression from application to completion, ensuring excellent customer outcomes.
