We are an international Real Estate Brokerage with over 500 offices and 7000+ agents

You will be self-motivated, passionate about your work and have a proven track record in real estate or sales.

You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge.

You will understand that commission-only brokers earn the most in the industry in the U.K. and want to work without a salary.

Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent. Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.

Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.

Conducting viewings and follow up.

Negotiating offers and contract negotiation. Maintain regular contact with all clients.

On target commission-only earnings of £8,000 per month uncapped.

The highest earners in the companies we work with are earning in excess of £20,000 each month. Incentives for top performers including holidays, designer watches and suits.

Tiered commission structure from 40% to 70% for top performers.

Requirements Skills - Ability to sell and negotiate.

Confidence - You want to work commission-only to earn the most possible.

Experience - No previous experience required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 20-70 per week

**Salary**: £25,000 - £200,000 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
