**We have an excellent opportunity to work with our clients in and around the North Wales area. The role is a crisis intervention worker supporting young people and their families.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for the children and young people in the home and to promote their independence.
- Maintain a safe environment for young people.
- Support management with the day to day running of the service.
- To act as a positive role model for the children and young people you support.
- You would be supporting young people on a 1;1 and 2;1 basis.

**Requirements**:

- Experience within the social care sector - essential
- Excellent work ethic - essential
- NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People - desirable
- Children's residential support experience - desirable
- Full UK driving license would be an advantage
