Front of House Staff

We are looking to hire a new part time team meber for our busy hotel and restaurant.

Working hours are evenings and weekends and can range between 4pm - 11pm Monday to Thursday and between 10am - 11pm Friday to Sunday.

Applicants must be over 18 as you will be serving alcohol and also be responsible for locking up the restaurant at night.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Assist customers with locating products and answering their inquiries
- Ensure timely and accurate price tagging of merchandise
- Communicate effectively with team members to deliver a smooth customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
