**Job Purpose**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with relevant parties to gather in the daily information
- Ensure that all information is correct
- Support the Ops Director in the daily reporting of information to the Board
- Managing and updating company databases
- Managing clients missed payments
- Follow up cancellations and convert back to a confirmed sale
- Processing payments and managing the process for upgrading funeral plans and changes of payment terms
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Assist with overseeing and management of tasks related to project completion
