Customer Service Director - Print

Talent Rockit Ltd is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Director to lead our Print Customer Service and Production Management Teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality print products, and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of customer service and production management professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and delivery of print products.
  • Identify and address customer pain points, and implement process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing technical customer service and production management teams in a fast-paced print environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues.
  • Broad technical understanding of print manufacturing, including Litho Sheetfed, Web Offset, Newspapers, Continuous Direct Mail, and Publishing.
  • Experience working closely with Manufacturing and Commercial leadership teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
