You'll join the recruitment team as a Recruitment Coordinator, helping us deliver remarkable results. You will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for teachers and teaching assistants.

Your recruitment responsibility will encompass our educational sites in Aylesbury, Bedford, High Wycombe, Milton Keynes, Oxford and Leicester. You will liaise closely with people who draw on MacIntyre’s support, staff teams and hiring managers, supporting them to identify and create localised recruitment plans which adopt a blended and bespoke approach to providing recruitment solutions.

You will have a hot desk available at our Head Office in Milton Keynes, with the flexibility to work from home but a lot of your time will be out in the field.

**About the Role**

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting to a wide range of positions, and will work with local administrators to guide our new recruits through the onboarding process. If you're an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who ideally wants to develop your career in recruitment, this would be a great opportunity to fulfil your ambitions.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Working with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs, including strategic future plans
- Acting as liaison between the local hiring teams and central Recruitment, to consider how we can continually develop the employee journey

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week, but flexibility around working hours is needed, including occasional weekends.

**About us**

MacIntyre was established in 1966 by the parents of a child with learning disabilities. We have been providing diverse, locally connected services and personalised solutions to encourage independent lives for the children and adults we support ever since.

We provide learning, support and care for more than 1,200 children, young people and adults who have a learning disability and/or autism at locations across England and Wales.

Our teachers and teaching assistants deliver bespoke curricula to young people of college age who have special educational needs. Most of the young people we teach are autistic and/or have a learning disability. Some have an additional physical disability or mental health issues. We have a brilliant track record giving young people the tools they need to transform their lives, with educational programmes designed specifically for each learner as they prepare for adult life.

- Administrative and recruitment experience
- Organised, calm under pressure and able to juggle priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Confident technology user, along with being a quick learner with an inquisitive mind
- Knowledge and experience of employment law relating to recruitment
- Experience of developing successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ideally, an understanding of the education sector
- Driver with own transport
