We have a fantastic opportunity for a Controller to join our team based in Bristol.
**About the role**:
As a Dispatcher/Planner you will be providing a vital service as a liaison between our ambulance control centre, our operational staff, patients and Health Care Professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a knowledgeable team and we are looking for a motivated, logical thinking, caring, innovative and enthusiastic person to join us.

**Other duties include**:
- Planning and controlling of daily ambulance journeys transporting medically eligible patients to and from NHS healthcare facilities.
- Controlling a complex operation consisting of over 150 ambulances delivering 1000+ patient journeys per day.
**To be considered as Controller, you will need to be**:
- Experienced working in similar transport control/dispatcher environment, using logístical and planning skills
- Be familiar with computerised route planning software
- Good telephone manner
- Be customer service focused and able to effectively handle sensitive situations
- Have a good geographic knowledge of the areas
- Be able to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to take initiative
- Working effectively as a part of the team
**Training**
We are committed to colleague development and will invest in your training which includes First Aid and also provides you great opportunities to develop your career, skills and experience through a variety of training programmes.
On joining E-zec, you will have two weeks of paid training that will cover a range of courses like safeguarding, infection control, health and safety, manual handling and many more.
