The Georgian House Hotel is a Family run Hotel & Restsurant in Whitehaven

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. As the Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Create and implement effective strategies to increase sales and maximize profitability.
- Train, coach and motivate employees to deliver outstanding customer service and provide feedback where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional cocktails, drinks, and service at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Work hand in hand with our Kitchen & Restaurant teams to deliver a professional and efficient food and beverage service.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practice.
- Experience in bartending and mixology, including the preparation of cocktails.
- Familiarity with Food allergens kitchen operations and food production processes.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
