Purpose of the Role:

- Report to the Head of Central Compliance and discharge the Compliance Regulatory Risk & Control Oversight and Control function for Regional Compliance UK ('RC UK'), mitigating compliance risk and supporting the financial crime, markets compliance and central compliance functions.
- Carry out the Policy Coordination role for the Department, liaising with Group Compliance Policy Portal

- Coordinate the annual Compliance Control Self-Assessment (CSA) exercise for RC UK and liaising with

- Coordinate the annual Compliance Risk Analysis exercise on behalf of RC UK teams, monitoring
deliverables and reporting to local Senior Management.
- Liaise with Compliance Assurance on relevant Compliance reviews and assist with remediation of
findings where appropriate.

Key Requirements:

- Banking experience in a financial institution on an international scale
- Strong knowledge of UK regulatory obligations and how they impact corporate and wholesale market
business.
