**Role Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage Salesforce audiences
- Monitor template performance and make template recommendations to creative based on data analysis
- Support the wider CRM team during peak times
- Undertake any other duties and/or responsibilities as may reasonably be required by management from time to time
- You may also be required from time to time to work additional hours including but not limited to providing support around events and hot markets. This may involve weekend and late-night working
- The following tasks to be distributed among the CRM Executive team as appropriate:

- Monitor Feefo feedback across all sites and disseminate info to relevant teams throughout the wider business
- Monitor NPS score across all sites and highlight areas of concern for further investigation
- Deputise for the CRM Manager when appropriate

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Knowledge of the Salesforce platform or equivalent
- Experienced in reviewing data, formatting and presenting key learnings
- Ability to identify, isolate and make recommendations based on data analysis
- Ability to present key findings clearly and concisely
- Great attention to detail
- Experience of working in an Omni-Channel retail environment
- Knowledge of the retail industry
- Experience of delivering requests and requirements on time and to deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with a flexible approach
