**Maintenance Co-ordinator**

**Estate & Block Management Department**

Working within the property maintenance team this role requires someone motivated to resolve problems, enthusiastic and interested in the practical side of property management. You should be able to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team, be organised, confident when dealing with people and have strong communication skills.

The position will include tasks such as;
- Carry out property site visits and reports which highlight any maintenance tasks
- Organise and arrange buildings H&S compliance; works & certificates
- Arrange building’s insurance cover
- Record & arrange property maintenance works
- Organise and arrange utility contracts
- Meet with contractors & residents to review maintenance issues
- Communicate with multiple parties involved in maintenance tasks

The position will be both desktop and site based therefore access to a vehicle is essential. You should be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft word, excel and outlook.

TempleHill Property Management Limited are an independent property management company with a growing portfolio of managed buildings primarily in Dorchester and

Weymouth but does extend to Bridport and other areas in Dorset. We pride ourselves in offering a high level of services to clients which is achieved with good communication and efficient maintenance organisation. Our busy office is based in Dorchester and you would be working within a small and friendly team.

Training will be offered and a minimum of 2 years experience within the property industry is required.

The position is full time, 35hrs per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

**Salary**: Dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
