Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider Finance team, including Financial Management, Income/Commissioning and commercial development.

Provide high quality administrative support to the Trust’s Committees, inc commercial services and investment committees.

Work together with the Executive Assistant to Chief Finance Officer & Personal Assistant to Senior Finance Team on a daily basis to ensure the Finance team is fully supported.

Main duties of the job

To coordinate administrative activities, including the preparation of agendas and meeting papers, minute taking, recording and following up actions.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, both virtually and face-to-face.

Work with electronic information systems such as the Microsoft package, Trac and EASY Expenses.

**Qualifications**:
Essential criteria

Educated to A level or NVQ level 3 Customer Service / Business Admin / ITQ or equivalent experience.
- English and Mathematics GCSE or equivalent.Desirable criteria
- Secretarial qualification or equivalent experience.Experience

Essential criteria

Experience of working in a busy office environment.

Secretarial and/or administrative experience, including minute taking.

Experience of complex diary management.

Prioritising, planning and organising own tasks.

Help manage the finance teams recruitment and on boarding processes.
- Experience of IT packages - Microsoft Office.Desirable criteria

Previous experience of working in NHS.

Experience of using HealthRoster.
- Experience of using trac and/or other recruitment systems.Knowledge

Sound knowledge of office procedures.
