We have an opportunity for a PA colleague to join our team and provide support to the senior managers in the Mental Health and LD Inpatient Hospitals and Urgent Care Directorate.

You will have a proven track record of ensuring excellent administrative skills and the ability to plan, predict and respond to last minute demands. You must be resilient, confident and innovative in your approach to problem solving and it is essential you have excellent people skills and are flexible and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

You will provide confidential high level administrative and personal assistant support to the Service Director and the Deputy Service Directors.

You will be expected to efficiently manage your own workload on a day-to-day basis and act independently to action and prioritise work to meet deadlines.

You will work to short deadlines and multi-task on a regular basis. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of the administrative team and with organisational and interpersonal skills, have relevant recent Secretarial/Personal Assistant experience at a high level.
- To provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support ensuring the accurate and timely production of work to a high standard.
- Regular minute-taking at management meetings, as necessary; as well as providing administrative support to those meetings by assisting in their organisation; preparing and distribution of agendas and collating papers, arranging dates, venues, and refreshments, as required.
- Assist in the organisation of conferences and workshops including preparing timetables, arranging venues and hospitality, liaison with attendees and presenters, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- To provide a full confidential, administrative and secretarial service to the Management Team
- To work as a member of the administration team to ensure service delivery and adequate administration cover is provided
- To project the professional image of the business through demonstrating excellent customer care in all activities
- To adopt a constantly flexible approach to ensure that all Consultant team objectives are completed efficiently and within given timescales
- To maintain confidentiality at all times
