**Role Purpose**

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our in-house team, establishing our in-house social media management and digital content creation.

**Role Summary**
- Develop social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of all social media channels and website.
- Create and upload high quality, visually appealing and engaging content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Viva Engage and our website pages. This may include writing blogs, articles, posts, videos and multimedia content.
- Understand specific trends on each platform and be able to adjust accordingly when needed.
- Foster a positive and interactive online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the social media landscape.
- Setting KPIs, tracking performance and reporting, optimising content to continuously improve.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g. HR for recruitment and retention planning, Operations for project updates and Communications for internal and external messaging) to create a holistic and effective online strategy.
- Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post

- Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering engaging social media campaigns and content, including strategy, content creation, audience profiling and targeting, growing engaged communities, trends analysis, reporting, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Be passionate about social and have a deep understanding of the social media landscape, taking pride in keeping up to date with best practices and trends.
- Have a keen eye for detail with excellent copywriting skills.
- Have an analytical mind to review and interpret data insights, adjusting strategy to make continuous improvements.
- Champion the Company’s image, vision, and values to ensure consistency across all social media platforms, upholding brand ethos in every interaction.
- Be adaptable to change, different workloads and being able to manage different projects at the same time.
- Be comfortable with taking initiative and testing new strategies.
- Be capable and happy to travel to create content at different working locations from time to time.

**Technical Specification**

**Experience Required**
- Proven experience in social media management and content management for businesses preferably in the construction industry.

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
