They are the first national provider to receive Beacon status from the National Autistic Society. They are looking to recruit an Apprentice Administrator to join their team.

**Apprentice Administrator**

**£262.50 per week, (37.5 hours per week)**

**Main duties & Responsibilities**:

- Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
- Receiving visitors and referring to appropriate colleagues
- Photocopying and preparation of documents as required
- Updating and maintaining databases and filing systems
- Updating the Website

**Desired skills**:

- Use of Canva, creating professional-looking posters, slideshows, and other media.
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work on own initiative to seek improved ways of working.
- Ability to work with staff at all levels and have good communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills-speaking, listening and writing.
- Work proactivity and with good judgement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships within the team
