We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our incredibly successful team at our Head Office in Leeds.

To be successful as an Administrator you will need:

- Strong Administration background
- Good, accurate data inputting experience
- Experience within a busy office/pressurised environment
- Attention to detail and incredibly organised
- Strong personality and excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Hard Working
- Self motivated
- Tenacious and confident, reliable and professional in your attitude and approach to work
- Very competent with Microsoft office, specifically excel and word.
- Knowledge of heating and boiler installation would be an advantage
- Full training will be given

**Role responsibilities**
- Planning engineers works on a bespoke system
- Liaising with various internal and external departments
- Various ad hoc admin duties
- Liaising with customers and clients
- Dealing with customer queries
- Processing customer payments

**Salary**: £19,760.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
