As Life Sciences Contracts Assistant in the Clinical Trials Unit you will focus on administrative support and contract execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support in contract drafting and coordination across internal business unit and legal stakeholders
- Facilitates meetings and co-ordinates minutes with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist regulatory/compliance staff in the maintenance of regulatory documents in accordance with Boots SOPs and applicable Life Sciences regulations.
- Support documentation protocols for the credentialing and training of the Clinical Trials Unit and team members delivering trial conduct per protocol
- Supports internal and external audit execution
- Support set up of new vendor accounts.
