**Job role and responsibilities**
- Managing and processing all post related tasks; ensuring all incoming and outgoing post is processed daily and in line with set service requirements. Ensuring all documentation is processed in line with department specific requirements and in line with GDPR.
- Maintaining the office and ensuring stationary supplies, perishables and other equipment is stocked and monitored.
- Be on hand to support all in-office company events and socials
- Being the first point of contact for all external enquiries via incoming calls (managing switchboard)
- Keeping a tidy, organised and well-presented office space at all times.
- Handling all queries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing support to the People Manager, with onboarding and offboarding members of the team and other HR duties as and when necessary.
- Providing support to the Chief Technology Officer maintaining office equipment
- Providing support to the Project Manager; especially with wider company events.
- Keen to get involved in other ad hoc projects as and when necessary

**Must haves**
- Experience of providing support in a busy environment
- Confidence in answering calls, taking messages and speaking with a variety of different stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of managing varying workloads, efficiently & effectively
- Ability to work independently, but also eager to work as part of a team to complete tasks and projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Exposure to the fundamental principles of GDPR and how they can impact a business and how to reduce risk
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Consistent ability for punctuality and reliability
- Willing to attend the office 5 days per week, non-negotiable

- Experience delivering projects from inception to delivery, with minimum input
