Soul Community Salvation Army, a transformative 'New Expression,' is seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a **Spiritual and Wellbeing Community Coordinator**. Our mission is to co-create inclusive spaces for individuals to connect with Mind, Body, and Soul, fostering improved wellbeing and a creative exploration of Christian Spirituality.
- Strong previous experience and up-to-date knowledge of developing and implementing successful wellbeing and Christian spirituality programs for diverse participants.
- Awareness of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, conveying information clearly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with colleagues, participants, and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable ability to use initiative, plan, organize, and prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Good English proficiency (spoken and written) and numeracy at GCSE level/NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Outlook, and Teams for work duties.
- Flexible approach to the delivery of activities, including a willingness to work unsociable hours, evenings, and weekends as necessary.
- Ability and willingness to work within and be empathic with the Christian ethos and values of The Salvation Army Mission.
