**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Jaguar Racing is part of the Jaguar Land Rover Motorsport department and competes in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.

Jaguar Land Rover Motorsport and Jaguar Racing sits within the CEO / Chief of Staff function and is responsible for all strategy, planning and delivery of successful motorsport activities for both Jaguar and Land Rover brands.

Within this function is the Business Operations department whose responsibility includes the delivery of the JLR Motorsport department governance, the long term and annual planning process, the successful integration of motorsport activities around the JLR business and the delivery of race operations supporting the whole department.

Reporting to the Jaguar Racing Events Manager, the Events Executive is part of the team delivering all aspects of the Jaguar Racing events programme. The role is fast-paced, with the events team working on multiple back to back races throughout the season and does require an individual who can travel to all races in the season as well as support out of race activity where required.

This role requires an individual who has experience of delivery of events from brief to execution, ensuring exceptional standards of professionalism are maintained and brand integrity. Experience of working in motorsports, working with luxury brands, or in delivering luxury experiences is desirable.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with Formula E on day-to-day basis to secure appropriate tickets and hospitality requirements forteam, JLR departments and sponsors
- Help in the creation of guest programmes including at track activities, transport & logistics, hotel sourcing, guest itineraries
- Liaison with JLR global events team on race programmes and requirements across the business e.g.
- Jaguar Brand, Media programmes etc, and support delivery of their "at-circuit" requirements
- Provide support to the Event Manager and supporting events team in preparation for all races (e.g., in liaison with the event management company, venue booking, arranging catering, chauffeurs, flight bookings etc)
- Support on-site event delivery, both around races and outside of race calendar, where required (will include evenings, weekends and overseas travel)
- Co-ordination of delegates and their programmes alongside Global Events and Jaguar Racing Events team (e.g. sending invitations, collating responses, issuing joining instructions, arrangement of suitable hotels, dinners and transfers)
- Prepare event reports after an event has taken place (where applicable) to support future event activity and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Assisting with the management the events department budget, including sourcing quotes, raising orders on the SAP system, keeping detailed files, tracking and co-ordination of all internal cross charges.

- Experience of complex projects or operational delivery
- Experience of budget reconciliations and creation of budget costings and estimates
