**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Jaguar Racing is part of the Jaguar Land Rover Motorsport department and competes in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. It is responsible for all strategy, planning and delivery of successful motorsport activities for both Jaguar and Land Rover brands.

Reporting to the Jaguar Racing Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for commercial team operational delivery at races. This important role is critical to the successful and efficient operation of the team and importantly the presentation of the team to a high (modern luxury) standard. The role includes, but not limited to, driver schedule management, co-ordinating operations support required for PR and Sponsorship activities, Show car and fleet management.

The role would require travel to all Formula E races and may also include travel to tests, suppliers and multiple JLR sites.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

This position within the team is responsible for the liaison between the Commercial and Technical team to enable the successful and optimised delivery of team operations and world class performance. The lead responsibilities include:
**Driver liaison**
Responsible for the day to day driver schedule management and use of contractual rights including diary bookings, maintaining an availability tracker, itinerary & briefings and supporting briefing documents for all events (inc races) and appearances.

**Team Operations**
Responsible for co-ordinating day to day race operations and establishing and maintaining a position and constructive working relationship with the Technical team.

**Team Branding & Visual Identity - implementation with all assets and facilities**

**Dynamic & Static Showcars**
Lead the planning and management of all Jaguar Racing showcars (dynamic and static) and liaison with the technical team to support marketing, PR & Sponsor events. This will include the initial specification and delivery of any showcars and marketing of showcar opportunities to markets, sponsors and broader JLR ecosystem to ensure effective and timely uptake and activation

**Jaguar Racing Fleet Management**
Management and liaison of the Jaguar Racing fleet of cars including pool at Technical team (WAE), JLR pool cars and JLR fleet cars provided to drivers. This includes all ordering, delivery, administration and disposal.

**Budget Management**
Responsible for key budgets within the Commercial & Operations team. Will require regular communication with suppliers and JLR finance to ensure spend is monitored accurately.

The indidivual will be motivated, show initiative and be able to build strong working relationships with stakeholder management.

Other skills will include:

- Strong operational problem solving
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience written and verbal communications skills
- Experience of budget reconciliation & good with figures
- Computer skills to include word, excel and powerpoint
- Experience in motorsport, events, drive experience would be an advantage
