**The Position**
**The post includes**:
- **General admin duties**:
- **Filing and document management**:
- **Speaking with clients on the telephone whilst covering reception duties**:
- **Data input in excel spreadsheets, and using the case management system to log key dates and information.**:
- **Audio typing using digital dictation software. The role requires an excellent attention to detail and meticulous record keeping. Role requires a smart appearance and good oral skills**
**Desired skills**
4-9 grades English and maths GCSE's
- Confident with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage reception in conjunction with other administration duties
- Good attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of ICT packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to demonstrate or gain a clear understanding of the firm’s in-house systems where training will be given
- Excellent presentation, organisation and timekeeping skills
- Awareness of confidentiality and safeguarding
- The ability to use own initiative, be able to work individually as well as part of a team
- Must be well-presented with a clear, pleasant telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Good client care skills

**You will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.**
- This Apprenticeship will involve off the job training.
- You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours.
- You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role.
- The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months.
- This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
