**About us**

Little Elms Montessori Nursery is a private Montessori setting Potters Bar, EN6 3BP. We aim to provide quality care in a safe and happy, yet structured environment We are open from 8am to 3.30pm every day, weekdays. We are happy to take part-time or full-time staff.

**URGENTLY HIRING**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students in learning.
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Provide support for students with special needs.
- Integrate technology into the classroom.
- Stay up-to-date on educational trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Volunteer
Part-time hours: 6-7 per week

**Salary**: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Potters Bar, EN6 3BP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Montessori teaching: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- QTS (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
