Our client is a leading law firm who are not seeking a strong Administrative Assistant to assist the Residential Property team, based in Reading and Henley-on-Thames. You will support the residential property department with a range of conveyancing proceduresfrom commencement to completion of transaction.

Experience of working in conveyancing would be welcome, however, the team is friendly and supportive and training is available from day one.

**Your role**:

- The production of documents and management of files
- Efficient handling of telephone calls, liaison with clients and third parties
- Carrying out pre-exchange and other searches
- Administrative support to solicitors and other members of the department
- Maintaining the highest professional standards in accordance with the firm's objectives and comply with the firm's quality standards

**Skills and experience**:

- Have proficient knowledge of MS Word and other Office products and ideally experience of working with a practice management system or large database
- Be enthusiastic, flexible and efficient with a helpful and friendly manner
- Be a good team player, with willingness to offer support to others in the team
- Be enthusiastic and hard working
- Share and embody our values of excellence, integrity and approachability
