**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, addressing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues.
- Collaborate with clients to create personalised treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and challenges.
- Utilise effective therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
- Cultivate a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment that supports exploration, self-discovery, and healing.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of psychotherapy through continuous professional development.
- Help design training with the company directors for our staff to help deliver the best possible service for our customers.

**Qualifications**:

- A proven track record providing individual therapy to clients.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathise, actively listen, and establish rapport with clients.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Adherence to ethical standards and professional codes of conduct.
- Strong collaboration skills, both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed of best practices.
