**Job role and responsibilities -**
Humber Cast Stone are seeking for a full-time office Junior.
The position is Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am-4pm.
You will work in the main office alongside the managing directors of Humber Cast Stone.
You will be the first point of contact, whether that be over the telephone or dealing with customers face to face.
**Your main duties will include but are not limited to**:
- Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism establishing their needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department/team member first time.
- Inform management of any office supplies needed i.e. paper, ink, folders etc
- Keep customers informed if there are any delays on our end which could mean their order will be dispatched later than expected.
- Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner.

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
