**What's the role?**

Experienced Operations Support Assistant wanted to support our engineering resource in the fitting of assets. This is a customer focused role, aiming to ensure engineers visit the customers within allocated times. In this role, you will support engineers in a specified geographical region and will maintain communications with engineers to ensure a quality service.

Shift Pattern: Hybrid Working Monday to Friday. 08:00am - 17:30pm.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Reporting directly to the Team Leader and Field Operations, working to achieve operational efficiency and maintenance of KPI’s.
- Answering enquiries for the regional areas within a reasonable time frame and submitting accurate and timely reports as required.
- Effectively dealing with any queries, handling, and resolving customer complaints.
- Adhering to company polices in relation to Health, Safety and Welfare of yourself and others.
- Planning allocation of the installations with engineers - Monitoring live tracker to ensure engineers are on target with daily schedule.

- Keen attention to detail, working accurately under pressure, good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a similar engineer/ logistics role with good geographical knowledge.
