As the Website and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing our online presence and implementing effective marketing strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our company website, creating engaging content, and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic and conversions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and update the company website to ensure it reflects current offerings, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Create and publish high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts, to engage our target audience and drive traffic to our website.
- Monitor website traffic, performance metrics, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align website and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our online presence and marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing websites and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing website content for search engines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
