We are The Grove Skin & Laser Clinic a high end private medical clinic, offering private medical treatments, well-being, skin & laser procedures, and medical aesthetics.

We are seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team. The clinic receptionist plays an important role in ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly and that patients receive the care and attention they need. Aligning with the clinics extremely high standards, you will be the first person our patients meet and there is an expectation of high-level customer service, creating a warm and welcoming environment.

**Job Details**:
Part-time position working Thursday and Friday each week, plus one Saturday a month on a rota basis.

Hours of work will be Thursday 9:00am to 8:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, and one Saturday a month 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Pay rate is £11 per hour.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet patients and visitors and check them in for their appointments - you will be the first point of contact for patients when they arrive at the clinic. You will make patients feel welcome, comfortable and provide any necessary paperwork or forms.

Schedule appointments using our booking software. The receptionist is responsible for managing the clinic's appointment schedule. You must be able to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately and ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts.

Handling patient inquiries: The receptionist must be able to answer patient inquiries about the clinic's services, fees, and policies. They must also be able to handle complaints or concerns from patients in a professional and courteous manner and refer to the senior management team.

Verify patient information and collect payments. The receptionist is responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, including personal information, medical history, and invoicing.

Keep the reception area, including the entrance clean and tidy.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a medical or aesthetics setting is preferred but not required.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using electronic medical records.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
