Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage office operations and provide administrative support
- Computerise data entry tasks using Xero
- Computerise data into our software and calculating pricing for orders
- Type correspondence and reports accurately
- Utilise internal communications for office communication and documentation
- Perform clerical duties such as dealing with claims, raising courier investigations, crediting clients
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and maintain phone etiquette
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Ensure efficient office workflow and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Proven experience using excel and the ability to create working sheets with formulas and marcos.
- Proficiency in Xero for financial management tasks
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Competent in computerised data entry and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in data entry and maintaining office records

Pay: £20,821.00-£21,817.00 per year
