**Job Type**:Fixed Term Contract - 31st March 2025

**Working Pattern**:Part Time, 22.5 Hours per week

**Salary Range**:£23,114 per annum (£14,055.81 part time)

- To setup new suppliers in the finance system ensuring that the relevant paperwork is completed and shared with the relevant stakeholders.
- Creating sales invoices and purchase order requests, through to receipting of all invoices via the finance system.
- To support the destination team to receive, record, process and follow up payments to suppliers, due to be paid in accordance with agreed payment terms.
- Raise any commission claims that are due to the destination team via the finance system.
- Raise any invoices for new members.
- Assist in the preparation of power point presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of tradeshows for both business and leisure tourism.
- Co-ordinate board meetings, liaising with members for their attendance by calendar requests, issuing agendas and board minutes.
- Issue and collate the Destinations Monthly Board, ensuring that all team members have uploaded their information within the agreed timeframes ready for circulation to the board.
- Ensure that all departmental information is uploaded into Share Point and that any old files are archived and only the relevant files are accessible.
- Any other duties and responsibilities deemed reasonable within the range of the salary grade.

**Skills and abilities**
- Good verbal and presentational communication skills.
- Excellent written communication skills - for both hard copy and digital content
- Strong analytical skills, for example, to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Coventry in relation to its competitors, to monitor and identify visitor trends across digital platforms and to market key strengths and opportunities.
- Able to evaluate programmes and projects against financial and performance criteria and make recommendations for future action.
- Able to manage personal time, priorities, and conflicting deadlines.
- Excellent ICT skills, appropriate for the nature and level of post, including the ability to work effectively to drive and manage digital content and specific business tourism related software pack
