Delphic HSE is a company comprising of experienced and highly qualified professionals in the fields of toxicology, pathology, biology, product safety, cosmetic safety assessment and environmental management and assessment. Delphic HSE was first established in 2005 and started as a small UK based company. Today, we boast four global offices and have worked with over 700 organisations from all corners of the globe.
**As an Administrator, your main responsibilities would be: -**
- Processing of work requests from initial enquiry stage through to completion
- Raising weekly invoices for completed work
- Sending weekly project status updates to clients
- Arrange webinars/meetings/events, schedule appropriate rooms, refreshments, providing agendas/logístical information/meeting notes if applicable etc.
- Manage and maintain Executives’ diaries, setting up conferencing facilities when required
- Answering phone calls, dealing with general enquiries and be the first line contact for visitors
- Maintaining stock lists and ordering office supplies
- Manage the company events diary
- Ensure department key performance indicators are met.
**The successful applicant will possess: -**
- Experience in a similar role
- An exceptional eye for detail with great organisational skills
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to offer creative solutions to issues
- Effective communication style
- Great time management, able to prioritise the workload effectively
- IT literate with good typing abilities and confident using a range of programmes including Outlook, Word, Excel
