Acorn Recruitment is searching for an Export Customer Service Administrator to work from home for their client, a well-established manufacturer based in the Northwest.

The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the export of goods including sales, customer service and associated documentation.

Key duties:

- Responsible for all aspects of export of goods including sales, customer service, legislation, and paperwork
- Ensure compliance to legal requirements for exports and internal policies, and export procedures
- Ensure compliance to all national and international regulations
- Manage all communication with export authorities for all export destinations
- Prepare all export documents within required time frame and schedule cost and time efficient shipping activities
- Resolve customer issues for export processes and procedures, collaborate with customers to ensure smooth functioning of our export processes and requirements
- Maintain all export records for the business
- Additional duties may include assisting with imports

Experience of:

- Importing and exporting to and from the UK
- Using Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP would be beneficial

Contract: full-time, permanent

Working hours: Monday to Friday

**Salary**: DOE, with excellent benefits package
