Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Support Administrator to work across our vibrant organisation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide an accurate, efficient, and effective service to assist the Legal Support Team with letters, booking venues for interviews, preparation of court papers, witness statements and other documentation .
  • Administer the legal process for meeting requirements in gas and electrical accessing procedure to ensure Halton Housing statutory obligations are met.
  • Ensure that the outcome of all action taken is recorded and maintain any relevant spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate records, analyse and query data to ensure accuracy of information.
  • Offer general advice to customers signposting to other colleagues for more detailed information and response.
  • To monitor PICOL (possession claims online) regarding evictions, liaise with Halton Housing colleagues, appointed bailiffs in relation to arranging and confirming eviction orders.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of internal/external customers, users and contractors.
  • Ability to follow defined processes and procedures in an accurate and consistent manner.
  • Evidence of being able to produce clear written work
  • Basic IT knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Packages
