This is a newly developed post within the All Age Disability Service, the role will:. Play a key part in ensuring a high standard of social care service, exemplar social work practice within the teamand advocate for strength-based practice approaches. To hold a small complex caseload, taking responsibilityand working autonomously, whilstsupportingcolleagues with their development and practice. To lead on practice development, and quality assurance To provide professional supervision to your supervisee group.
To form part of the management team within the All Age Disability Team, and contribute to the ongoing development of this service. The All Age Disability Team, work with adults, with a range of disabilities and or complex health needs. Our focus is on maintaining independence and using a strengths based model to enable people living in Coventry to maximise their outcomes. The team are a supportive committed group of professionals, as a team we offer a flexible working balance working within a hybrid way.
